Since the Federal Government announced that they were neither sending out checks for tax refunds nor accepting them for tax payments, our office has had many questions from customers wondering what their payment options are.
Individuals can choose to have their payment automatically withdrawn at the time we file their tax return, or can use one of the following alternate methods:
- Pay online at IRS.gov – Payment options include Direct Pay from bank account, credit card, debit card, or via digital wallet like Paypal or Venmo
- Pay with cash at a retail partner
- Same-Day wire
In addition, businesses also have the ability to pay their tax bill through EFTPS
For your convenience, we have tutorials below for making payments through the IRS website.
